Program Coordinator
Role description:
We are looking for program coordinator to undertake variety of program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning and coordination of program and its activities
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Help build positive relations within the team
- Schedule and organize meeting and maintain agenda
- Prepare paperwork and order material
- Create and update records
- Support growth and program development
Requirements:
- Experience of 3 months or more as program coordinator or relevant position
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Tech Savvy, proficient in MS office
- Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
- Details oriented and efficient
Qualification:
- Qualifications in HR or related discipline
- Experience in or understanding of employment
and/or community service programs - Not-for-profit experience
- Available for at least 1 to 2 full days.Days can be changes on weekly basis.
