HR Assistant

Role description:

The role of Human Resource Operations Coordinator is critical in providing leadership, direction and coordination across all aspects of People and Performance. This is a very hands on role that requires strong knowledge of operational experience across HR systems, processes and activities and offers the ability to provide strategic advice to the Center Manager of People and Performance.

Responsibilities:

  • General HR administrative support to the HR manager and the team with the day to day operations
  • Preparation of employment contracts and other employment documentation
  • Drafting HR policies and procedures
  • Management of the HR database and personal files
  • Dealing with employee request regarding HR issues, rules and regulations
  • Volunteer Engagement
  • Traineeship & Co- ordinate in Project

Requirements:

  • CERT IV in Human Resources
  • Strong computer skills, including work, excel and outlook
  • Exceptional organization skills and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of legislation requirements
  • High attention to detail and the ability to priorities and manage your workload
